By accessing, registering with, or otherwise using the ck33e platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the "User") and ck33e (the "Company").

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the ck33e platform. Creating or operating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances. When registering, you agree to the following obligations:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. ck33e will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• You must notify ck33e support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• Account credentials may not be shared, sold, transferred, or otherwise provided to any third party under any circumstances.
• All account information must remain accurate and up to date. You must inform ck33e of any material changes to your personal details, including contact information and payment methods.

However, you acknowledge that no system is entirely immune to risk, and the Company cannot be held liable for security breaches caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

All financial transactions on ck33e are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. The Platform supports a range of locally trusted payment channels. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the User's own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts previously used for deposit on the same account. Processing times may range from instant up to 5 business days depending on the method and verification status.
• ck33e does not charge internal processing fees for standard deposits and withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

ck33e reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment account ownership. Refusal to comply will result in withdrawal being withheld until compliance is achieved.

ck33e offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cricket-specific seasonal promotions aligned with tournaments such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified on each promotion's individual offer page.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account with no entitlement to compensation.

To protect the integrity of the ck33e platform and the interests of all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform through automated means, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to manipulate gameplay or circumvent security measures.

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your account.

• Posting, transmitting, or otherwise distributing offensive, defamatory, or illegal content through any communication feature available on the Platform.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ck33e. Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck33e, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if ck33e has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered therein.
• Any damage caused by third-party content, links, services, or products referenced or accessible through the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, ck33e's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ck33e reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice through the Platform, such as a notice displayed upon login or an email to the address registered with your account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any revised Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ck33e operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to ck33e's customer support team for informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the matter may be escalated to binding arbitration.
